What Causes Stomach Cramps While Putting Pressure During Defecation?
For the past couple of days, whenever I have to poop I get very strong cramps in my stomach and no matter how hard I try, almost nothing comes out. My bowel movements have been irregular and every time they re very skinny and sticky. Is something wrong with me?

You have problem of stomach cramp and alter bowel movement that may be because of irritable bowel syndrome. Stool frequency and consistency change .Constipation is present with abdominal bloting and cramp.

Indigestion problems may cause abdominal cramps.
