Hi,
If you were in the fertile period during the incident, you are at risk of conception even though ejaculation did not happen, because, pre-ejaculate is sufficient to cause conception at the time of ovulation. Cramps can occur due to tubal spasm either due to the hormone release during the sexual act, due to ovulation, as a result of pressure or due to early pregnancy. Please wait for your next normal period and go for a pregnancy test 3-7 days later, if you miss it. Please use some form of regular contraception to avoid unnecessary tension. Hope this helps.
