What Causes Stomach Cramps, blood In Urine And Nausea?
First of all I am sexually active and i m not using any form of contraceptive. In April my period came 3 days early and it was lighter than usual. It didnt even last the full 5 days but 3 days instead. I went to the gynae last week for a bv problem that I ve been having for years now. I told her of my last period and she did a pregnancy test which came up with a faint positive. She told me to do another in a couple a days. I did so the following night and it came out negative and I did a 3rd the morning after that which also came out negative. My period came a week after my check up and I m feeling some unusual cramps and the blood mostly comes out in the toilet when I pee not much in the sanitary napkin and thats not usually the case. I haven t been feeling my normal self for about 3 weeks now. I ve had loss appetite, nausea, frequent bathroom visits. I m confused as to what is happening to me. Any advice?
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. In most cases this is sign of uroinfection or kidneys stones. This is mainly self limiting and doesnt require any specific treatment and you should just be patient and have fluids to promote urination. Less likely it may indicate possible bleeding in urethra, bladder or kidneys from popped vessel or some other cause. IF this continues you should do urine analysis, urinoculture and kidneys ultrasound to rule these main causes out. You should drink raspberry tea and plenty of water till you do tests. Also, avoid sexual intercourse and have keep good hygiene. You should reduce salt in your diet as well since this could lead to increased risk of urinary stone formation. Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Wishing you good health.
