What Causes Stomach Gas And Burping?

i am very gassy
my periods are irregular so i dont know when to expect it.
it should be now or in a couple days. i have had unprotected sex but got a negative pregnancy test so i dont know why im burping so much and my stomach is growling also having aches

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Unprotected sex with irregular periods and negative pregnancy test may not be related to being gassy and burping with growling stomach.
I would advise you to take a PPI like Omeprazole and an antacid liquid every three hours and see the results.
If this does not solve your problem please consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations like Ultrasonography of abdomen , tests blood and stool.
Repeat the pregnancy test after 5 days to ascertain.
Further treatment will be as per the findings.
You may need further treatment with Domperidone to stop burping otherwise GERD like problem may start. Antibiotic if thee is an intestinal infection as indicated by gurgling stomach and gases. Activated charcoal helps further.
Take boiled and cooled water and home-made food only.
Avoid foods and beverages that enhance the problems.
