What Causes Stomach Infection While On Cortisol?
I am 24 yrs old. I am suffering from frequent stomach infections for 4-5 years. Simetimes my Hb downs to 9. I used to eat mud in school days. I have undergone routine tests like kft, lft, full abdomen ulyrasound. Everything comes normal always.Also I take stress a lot. My cortisol also dropped once.Now my doctor has prescribed to eat normaxin rt twice a day. Is this medication right?

Eating mud is known as pica. Pica is a symptom of anemia.
I believe you should take one tablet for deworming such as Albendazole.
Besides that, your clinician could prescribe you an iron tablet like Autrin. In the meantime, continue with Normaxin drug.
