Hello,

As per the narration, the most possible culprit for stomach pain is a bacterial or viral infection. As the intensity of other symptoms is also decreasing, stomach pain will be alright within some time span with specific measures in dietary precautions and proton pump inhibitor as omeprazole to be consumed at an empty stomach.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
