General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to stomach upset and acid reflux.

I would recommend using antacids daily such as Omeprazole.

I also recommend avoiding caffeine, alcohol, and spicy food. If the symptoms continue I recommend a visit to the gastrologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
