General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Stomach upset, diarrhea/loose stools, nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pain may occur with Azithral.

This medication may rarely cause a severe intestinal condition (Clostridium difficile-associated diarrhea) due to resistant bacteria. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor promptly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
