What Causes Stomach Pain Along With Bloating And Pressure?

My stomach has been hurting off and on for 3+ weeks. I have bloating, pressure, pain and an overall sour feeling. Went into the ER today and they checked blood counts and a lot of other things that turned out to be fine. They gave me a drink that numbed my stomach which made it feel better. So they sent me home with two medications to line and help my stomach which fir awhile worked. Now the pain is back and it is going into my back. I have 3 tests lined up next week but am concerned that we might have missed something. Appendix or gallbladder???would you recommend that I go back or wait it out??

Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
GERD with Giardiasis with Gastritis,as this causes sour feeling with pain in stomach with Bloating and pressure.
In My opinion possibility of Appendicular and Gall Bladder Dyspepsia needs to be ruled out by CT Abdomen and MRI With Retrograde Cholangio-pancreatography,but only after ruling out the following causes by the following tests.
-Hence for Your case-I would suggest -following if not done-
OGD-Oesophago-Gastro-Duodenoscopy with Lavage testing for H.Pylori and Stool Occult for Ova/Cyst of Giardia and Amoeba.
Hope this would help you in planning care and further treatment with your doctor.
