What Causes Stomach Pain And Anal Bleeding?
my husband as not been to his doctor for about 7 yrs...( hes never ill)..but he went down last night...hes been bleeding from the back passage,also weeing alot at night..his testicles are aching quite bad and has got bad stomach pains he has been like this for a couple of months now!!...he said he feels bloated but his belly hurts him quite alot...hes 50 next week and is healthy ( usually ) eats a good diet he has lost weight... i know hes very worried now..??

He must see a general surgeon or gastroenterologist for a colonoscopy, and possibly also a CT scan. Cancer has to be ruled out, although the symptoms do not suggest it.
