What Causes Stomach Pain And Blood In Stools?

I have severe pain in my stomach i have mixed bright red blood mixed with some dark with blood clots in my stool for 3 days i have a blood clotting disorder n i bleed internally 2 yrs ago and had a 4 blood transfusions is this something to be worried about

Dear i understand your concern .
I would like to inform you that this may be because of some stomach or bowel infection or may be because of hemorrhoids .
We don't know what bleeding disorder you had 2 years back. As this may be the manifestation of this also .
In my opinion blood in stool should be taken seriously and complete work up should be done to find out exact cause.
You must consult your physician for complete history and examination .
