I am a 21 yr old female. Right through out the day i am having the following problem Blood motions i'll get bad stomach aches some says its due to over heat in the body. thus i tried drinking more water. other adults says my intestines might be wounded. Any help ..??
Abdominal stomach pain along with bleeding suggest toward acute gastroenteritis infection. Your work-up done as follows: • CBC • Stool routine micro examination
If stool shows pus cells than it could be dysentery case. Until you investigate, broad spectrum antibiotic course for 7 days can be prescribed. Drink more water. Avoid excess spicy foods. Take yogurt in daily diet. Also take probiotic tablet for 7 days. Consult physician or gastroenterologist for examination and further work-up accordingly.
