What Causes Stomach Pain And Bloody Vaginal Discharge After Sex?

I just had baby almost 6 weeks ago . Me & my boyfriend had sex but he didn't ejaculate in me . But I've been having these horrible stomach pains & I've been having a bloody discharge and last night I wiped and it looked almost dark purple . What could this mean ?

This can be due to local trauma but a ultrasound may be essential to rule out other causes. Symptomatic relief may be necessary.
