What Causes Stomach Pain And Chest Pain Even After Laproscopic Surgery?
Hello, I had a laparoscopic surgery because I was having pain in my stomach and also I had a CT scan too. After all of that I'm still having stomach pain and chest pain. My doctor told me after surgery that I had thyroid and i'm not taking anything for that.
The most common cause of stomach and chest pain after laparoscopic surgery is adhesions, or scar tissue from the prior surgery. Unfortunately, the more surgery you have, the more scarring you get. I'd recommend changing your diet to more fruits and vegetables, and limiting red meat, as well as increasing your fluid intake. More surgery will likely not help you in this case.
I hope this is helpful. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
