What Causes Stomach Pain And Diarrhea?
Hi, I ve been having black stools for the past week or two. I ve gone from having to much trouble pooping to it basically exploding out. (Sorry to be so blatant.) On top of that, I have been having stomach pains that have moved from my lower right side to my lower left side. I am also a month late with my period. I am definitely not pregnant as I am a virgin.

Passing black stool with having pain in abdomen shows that you might be having some bleeding from GI tract producing blcak stool.
This can be due to gastritis or ulcer in stomach.
If you are taking some iron medicine for anemia, that also does cause black stool and stomach upset.
consult your doctor and get examined.
