What Causes Stomach Pain And Itching Sensation Around The Anal Area?

Hi, This is embarrassing but I think I have worms, I was at the toilet when I wiped and found what I think is a worm ( it was white) but it didn t move. I have been feeling unwell such as stomach pains, itching around anus/vagina, red itchy marks around anus, by the way I am 14 years old. Does this sound like worms ??? And if so how do I treat them ???
