What Causes Stomach Pain And Leg Pain?

I am 23 years old, male. After i had dinner last night, i felt sudden pain in my stomach and had to go empty my bowels. i felt so relieved but at the same time i noticed pain in my legs followed by fatigue. The fatigue didn't go away until i took some rest. Today, i had the same experience! :(
