What Causes Stomach Pain And Loose Motion During Pregnancy?

Hi, I have started my 35 week and i was having difficulty passing stool last week and since yesterday, i have pain in my stomach, i do get gastric some times and i felt gastric pain, and keep burbing and farting last night, but this morning i had stong pain follwed by big loose motion, i am worried i want to nursih my child??? rather get ill, please help??

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the burping might be due to gastritis which is quite common in pregnancy.Take antacids and avoid spicy and oily diet.Take food every 2 hourly in small quantities.The stomach pain with loose motions might be due to gastrointestinal infection.Take sporolac tablets and yoghurt in diet.If still doesn't subside and fever occurs consult doctor as you might need course of antibiotics.Relax.Take adequate fluids upto 3 litres and electrol powder to fight against dehydration caused by loose motions.Take nutritional diet.
