What Causes Stomach Pain And Loose Stools With Vomiting And Fever?

My dad couldn't sleep last night due to shooting stomach pain with loose stools. The stools are very less in quantity. He threw up once but of little quantity. He is also getting burps with rotten egg like taste. My uncle prescribed oflox-TZ. He has taken one tablet this morning but no improvement yet. He also started getting a headache and fever. Can you please advise. He has history of migrane as well.

Your query being appreciated, infection is very likely I could say here from the history given here antibiotic will eradicates the infection but for symptomatic relief he can be tried with Tab Domperidone 20 mg three times in day, Tab Dicyclomine for abdomen pain, Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day for acid increased in stomach, condition may takes some time to come around be patience, diet has to be changed, he should be given liquid diet only without spice and oil. hope this information helps.
