What Causes Stomach Pain And Poor Appetite While On HCG Diet?
i have polymyositis and i have been on the hcg diet for 15 days now. a few days ago i began feeling bad stomach pains and i can barely tolerate to eat much at all now. i take 40mg of sterioids and 6mg of methotrexate. i dont know why i feel so bad all of a sudden
Welcome, Your calories are too low. Furthermore, combining such low calories and your medication is expediting muscle tissue breakdown and possibly affecting electrolyes, blood sugar and other parameters.
A healthy weight loss plan contains no less than 1200 calories per day combined with both resistant and cardiovascular exercise.
You feel badly more than likely because of your medications in conjunction with the HCG diet. I encourage you to visit a Dietitian for an individualized meal plan and exercise routine.
