What Causes Stomach Pain And Softer Stools?

I've been having weird stomach pains, almost like cramps.. Making me feel sick, and also hungry-like. When I go to poo, my poo is softer than usual and sloppy. The stomach pain also makes me feel like I reaally need to go to the toilet. Do you know what this could be?
