What Causes Stomach Pain And Vomiting With Diarrhea?

Hiya for this past week every morning I keep throwing up white frothy bile, the top of my stomach by my ribs has like a butterfly nervous feeling that is really painful, I can eat only a little but can keep it down same as water, every morning i have diarriah.. I continue to have the pain through out the day but don t have diarriah again.. This is waking me up every morning at 6am sometimes earlier and straight away I m throwing up bile. Please help

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of throwing white frothy bile every morning for the past week and have diarrhea at 6 am. The pain in the upper abdomen and the lower ribs like butterfly distribution is there and continues throughout the day.
HT e most probable causes of such an occurrence are:
GERD with lax esophageal sphincter.
Gastroenteritis with IBS causing loose motions only in the morning.
I would advise your the following:
Upper GI endoscopy.
Colonoscopy.
Tests of blood for levier and kidney functions.
Tests of stool.
Clinical evaluation by a Gastroenterologist to assess the the problems, correlate with reports and then get an appropriate treatment as per the findings and conclusion.
