What Causes Stomach Pain, Constipation And Cramps?

I have been suffering from stomach aches and also cramps for a while. I am very constipated today because I ate cheese yesterday. After using 3 suppositories in a row today, I finally had a bowl movement. A pc of my stool looked liked it had a white plaque spot on it.The size of the spot was about 1" in diameter. What could this be ?. I am 43 years old, 5'9" tall. Female, a Celiac, 240lbs with Fibromyalgia.
