What Causes Stomach Pain, Diarrhea And Dizziness While Having Fibromyalgia?
I have had stomach pain for years but it is recently getting worse. I have diarrhea all the time as well. Every time I eat it hurts worse. If I put pressure on it I feel discomfort. Tired, sometimes dizzy and shakey and just tired of having this stomach pain. I have fibromyalgia as well. Oh joy. What do you think it could be? Ibs? Gallbladder?
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of stomach pain for years, diarrhea off and on, pain increases on eating and on putting pressure. You are feeling discomfort, tiredness, sometimes dizziness, shaky and just tired of stomach pain. You have fibromyalgia as well. I would advise you the following in such a situation: Clinical evaluation by a General Surgeon. X-ray of the abdomen in standing position. Ultrasonography and CT scan of the abdomen if needed. Tests of stool, blood and urine. All these things will point to the proper diagnosis and give a plan for a proper management.
