Hii sir, I have a problem with my stomach i don t know what causes it i get pain in the morning and it will terminate after sometime and it will start again the pain is somewhat like is rotational that it feels like it pain accute when it reaches a special point or something I do also have nausea and bitter tasty mucus comes to my mouth from my stomach sometimes Please prescribe me a medicine Sarath , India
