What Causes Stomach Pain In Three Year Old?
Hi I have a 3 year old son who complains of a tummy ache almost every day he complains at random usually always just after getting up in the morning, he uses the bathroom regularly ( so no constipation) no vomiting, but he has been doing this for at least 6 months if not longer

Chronic urinary tract infection
Worm infestation
Amoebic colitis.
