Hello
I understand your concern.
Do you have any other symptoms aside from the stomach pain such as constipation, fever or rash? Have you had any other abdominal surgeries aside from the hysterectomy? And where exactly are the stomach pains? Upper left side could be acid reflux, right side could be cholecystitis, upper middle could be pancreatitis, lower pain could indicate diverticulitis or appendicitis. If generalized could be gastritis or colitis. Being that you have had symptoms for a week I suggest you get a CT scan of the abdomen and laboratory studies such as CBC, CMP, amylase and lipase which could help identify an infection, inflammation or pancreatitis.
I hope you get better soon
