HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, although it may not be due to any obvious disease or illness, but at the most it can be due to colic and it can be renal colic the most probable cause of this colic as long as the renal function is concern it could be due to urinary tract infection with stone condition or without this, it could be biliary colic with infection or without this but could be due to stone, to rule out these condition ultrasonography is must, but it can only be done when the symptoms are persistence, else just wait couple of days and everything will be okay on its own if the condition is nonspecific hope this information helps.
