What Causes Stomach Pain Post Erythromycin Ethylsuccinate Withdrawal?

I’ve had gastroparesis for about 7 years. I’ve taken reglan and ery-ped which I’ve just been taken off that medicine recently. Having a lot of stomach pain and nausea. If I’m having regular bowel movements does that maybe mean food is not getting stuck in my stomach?
