What Causes Stomach Pain/sickness And Floating Stool While Having Elevated Pancreatic Enzymes?

Blood tests about a year ago showed high levels of pancreas enzymes , was having stomach problems.the last few months I have been getting sick to my stomach , pain on my left side and upper middle of stomach. And lately just about everyday I have dark pee and floating stool and alot of diarea

The reason for the stomach pain and floating stool could be chronic pancreatitis. You can confirm it with a CT scan of the abdomen and a fecal elastase test.
Pancreas is needed for metabolism. In chronic pancreatitis metabolism is affected especially that of fat. The undigested fat is passed in stool causing it to float. The disease process results in pain and raise in pancreatic enzymes when there is an acute exacerbation.
