What Causes Stomach Pain While Having Bowel Movements?

I have had really abnormal bowel movements. I thought I was constipated but even after I had a BM, my stomach hurt. Now whenever I bear down I can feel an ache in my lower bowel area. I also can feel this when I have intercourse (my lower bowel hurting). What could this be?

it's likely pelvic inflammatory disease. use antibiotics like ciproxin 500mg twice a day and tablet metronidazole 400mg thrice a day for 5 days . soft diet plenty of fluids . and following investigations like blood cp and usg abdomen need to be done
