Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

This kind of stomach or abdominal pain could be due to spasm which occurs on walking or bending forward.

But the other pathology should be rule out by clinical examination and ultrasound abdomen.

Meanwhile, you should take antispasmodics (mebeverine brand name colospa) with antacids like pantoprazole available over the counter and drink plenty of fluids.

Consult physician for further advice.
