Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted your history of testivle getting shrunk, looks to mean retracted, appear hard, stuck up once you get pain in abdomen. The commonest causes I can think of after reading your history are: There is recurrent torsion of both the testicles due to strong suspensory muscle called remaster which is part of extension of lower abdominal muscles. Another cause can be due to the pain in abdomen making muscles tight so that the cremaster goes into spasm taking testicles up to inguinal canal from where they descend, also get rotated and cause tortiom and pain. I would advise in such a situation the following: Clinical evaluation preferably by a General Surgeon. Ultrasound of abdomen and scrotum also with color Doppler mode .to investigated causes and get proper treatment.
