What Causes Stomach Pain With Painful Bowel Movement?

I went to a small little Mexican restaurant yesterday and ordered beef fajita's. Last night I got very ill with extreme stomach pain. I had a very hard and painful bowl movement before midnight that seemed to lessen the pain for an hour or so. I could not sleep. The more I changed position in bed the more the pain would increase. At about 1 a.m. I began to feel like vomiting and I rushed to the bathroom but was not able to hold it before I got there and projectile vomiting messed up the entire sink area. I continued to vomit until only dry heaves were left. I went to bed but was still not able to sleep because of the pain. I took pepto an antidiahreal pill the next morning and feel slightly better now but still feel naussia and headache. Could this be food poisoning? What should I do?

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the food poising but it seems to be dyspepsia, and second it could be food allergy, and third which is common and mostly associated with dyspepsia and that is hyperacidity, if this was the food poising then condition would be very worse and symptoms would be sever like vomiting, severe watery diarrhea, fatigue, sever abdomen pain, alter sensorium, you can try Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Tab Domperidone 20 mg once in day, hope this information helps.
