What Causes Stomach Pain With Pressure And Cramping After Urination?

Had to urinate really bad today. When i was finally able to urinate i could feel pain in my stomach...actual stomach. Right below xyphoid process about 2 inches. It initially felt like pressure was being released then negative pressure forming. (best i can describe it)...then my stomach started cramping/contracting to the point of doubling me over. I normally have a high threshold for pain and can ignore alot of minor stuff....but this locked me up for a good 10 seconds from fear of moving while i was doubled over.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The most possible issue here seems to be calculus in the urinary system, giving problem in urination with abdomen cramps.

I recommend undertaking a prescription of ultrasound of abdomen & pelvis for further course of action.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
