What Causes Stomach Pain With Red Stool?

hi, i swear to god there was a tiny little spider attached to my stool, scurring away trying to get away from the stool in the water like it was drowning but its still attached to my stool. i have had extremely bad stomach pain and a couple days ago i had red stool and it feels like there is a heartbeat in my stomach it comes and goes, idont know its still very painful though.

You mention in your cheif complain that in stool blood is present.

First do your stool examination.
In stool presence of blood with ova indicate parasitic infection.

In gastroenteritis case blood also present in stool.stomach pain is indicative of it.
In dysentry case RBC present in stool also.

By colonoscopy examination inflamatory bowel disease can also ruled out.

In amiebic dysentry egg or trophozoits can see in stool.By this way amiebic infection is ruled out.
