I feel like I ve been poisoned. This is the 4th attack in 5 weeks. I also find that i have to take sena kot to help move my bowels.
Hello I appreciate your concern This could be due to Aerophagia (swallowing of air) indigestion leading to excess gas formation acid peptic disease like gastritis
Aerophagia can be related to smoking, alcohol consumption, ill fitting denture and carbonated drinks or use of more protein like pulses egg and meat
In my opinion you should rule out these conditions first, if it persists then you should consult a gastroenterologist for an endoscopy and enzymes supplements therapy if need be.
Avoid fatty fried spicy junk food or carbonated drinks Have plenty of fluids orally including fruit juices Avoid smoking and alcohol
Hope this helps you follow up questions are most welcome regards
