Dear-Thanks for using our system . You might be experiencing intestinal gas that can be very painful and accompanied sometimes of bloating. When you are on your belly, the gas and bloating decrease and you feel better. This position helps that. The hot bath helps to because it helps to relax all the muscles of the abdomen.Energy drink is a carbonated substance that produces a lot of gas. Fizzy ,if is the non-carbonated, should be fine. I would recommend you to avoid these drinks to see if there is an improvement, drink more water and natural juices. I hope my advise has been helpful Dr.Sara
