What Causes Stomach Pain?

I am a teenage girl 14 and have had my period My stomach aches a lot and it has been coming and going my somach feels like there are pins being stuck in it I have vomited once and it was uncomfortable to go to the toilet ( poo) today and I am not sexually active . My period is regular and i feel more tired My appiatie is smaller and i have been driking more water but it makes me feel sick.
