Rumbling seems to worsen after eating or drinking, and always worse at night. Painful tongue, with pain in lymph node area at front of throat. Severe neck and back pain, and always lightheaded with balance problems. Continual discomfort with swallowing, and pain in throat when i yawn. When i move neck or tongue, i get severe pain in left chest/rib area. Feeling extremely unwell for several months, and eyes are very sensitive.
