Hallow Dear, At the outset, let me convince you that such a severe pain when you are doubling yourself is not at all a characteristic symptom of normal pregnancy. You might be having some intestinal issue - mostly gaseous distension causing pain in abdomen or abnormal pregnancy. Your surgeon or Gynaecologist can sort the issue. Please report. Similarly, headache after bending is suggesting some problem like high blood pressure or some tumour in the head. Please report to your doctor. Areola becomes dark during first pregnancy and then never regains its original colour again. You are having one child of 10 years. So areola is already dark. It cannot be a symptom of second pregnancy. Moreover, you had your menses on October 4. So you cannot be pregnant. However, you may confirm the pregnancy status by pregnancy test on overnight morning first urine sample. If it is positive, then considering the severe pain in abdomen, get your ultrasonography done. If in spite of positive pregnancy test the uterine cavity is empty, it suggests ectopic pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy is a condition wherein the fertilized ovum gets implanted somewhere outside the uterine cavity, most commonly the tubes. Such pregnancy does not grow and ruptures causing severe pain and bleeding requiring emergency surgical intervention with many units of blood transfusion.
