Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The most possible issue here seems to be vaginal infection with secondary
urinary infection.
Primary suggestions at this point are:

- Drink more liquids.
- Cranberry sachet once daily in a glass of drinking water.
- Take a swab test with your doctor for culture and get necessary further
antibiotic support.
- Wear loose, clean, cotton inner wears.
- Sitz bath with lukewarm water added Epsom salt and lavender oil works
best way to recover.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
