What Causes Stomach Pains With Fever, Dizziness And Muscle Soreness?
Well I thought I was sick with the flu Tuesday but I never had a fever just dizzy and achey. Wednesday at dinner I got horrible burning and pains in my stomach basically dropping me to my knees so my husband took me immediately to urgent care. They treated me for dehydration and did blood work. My pancreatic and liver levels were elevated. Not sure if I had a bug that caused dehydration or if the sick feeling symptoms were due to dehydration. The strange thing is I never threw up. Idk. Strange and very scary! I have been awful about drinking fluids lately. Now I m Drinking like 10 bottles of water a day. I m hoping to get more answers on Monday at my dr. Still feeling weak and my muscles are a little sore. Is it normal to still have these symptoms?
Here yes viral infection can be there but following diagnosis has to be searched for...... -viral flu of stomach -pancreas inflammation -cholecystitis etc...
For that USG examination done.... CRP also to be done...with complete LFT profile and serum amylase....
Rest needed.... If needed antibiotic prescribed. Take healthy balanced diet... Fruits more as rich in antioxidants like blueberries , orange etc.... By dehydrationdizziness can be there.
Investigate with your blood electrolytes also .... Alcohol , coffee , smoking avoided.
