What Causes Stomach Pains,irregular Heart Beats And Milk In Breasts?

I have milk in my breast...my areolas are getting darker...I have stomach pains...my heart beats funny...I get dizzy....I am constantly tired. My Dr gave me a urine preg test it was negative. What else can it be?? My Dr wants me take more testing xrays sonograms...
