I get stomach issues at night when I am tryinh to sleep. I wind up gettin up and walking around the room while I rub my stomach. Once I think its ok i get backin bed. But it happens all night long finallyn from exhaustion I fall asleep around 3 or 4 in the am. help.............
You should go for routine blood tests and urine examination with ultrasound abdomen if not done previously.
Meanwhile,you should take antacids (pantoprazole) available over the counter with antibiotics (ofloxacin with ornidazole) and symptomatic treatment.Your nearby GP may prescribe it.
Avoid oily,spicy and non-veg foods for at least 3 to 5 days and must not take alcohol.
You will feel better within 5 to 7 days of this medications.
If symptoms persists then see physician or gastroenterologist who may advice you further relevant tests.
