General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, this indicates underlying intestine infection with altered gut flora mechanics and systemic manifestation with lower back ache.

Primary care with more liquids intake, proton pump inhibitor and analgesic as Tylenol will give support at this junction.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
