Basicaly ive been having stomach problems for a while my symptoms are: 1. I feel sick like im going to throw up after i eat. 2. Im get really tired like im going to pass out. 3. Sometimes i get headaches. 4. I always need the toilet. 5. When i lie on my stomach a weird feeling that i can handle

Your symptoms seem to be related to a stomach flu. I recommend using Acetaminophen three tablets a day for the headache. I also recommend to use Reglan three tablets a day.
I suggest to drink liquids and rest.
