my son just came home and said he is having trouble breathing, not to were he needs medical help right this minute but also has upset stomach and while driving mostly but sometimes not driving he gets dizzy. he will be making a appointment for a doctor but wanted to see if there was some ideas on what this could be. he is only 23 this has been happening for about a week or so but he finally said something because its not making him feel well and is scaring him a little
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history about your son having giddiness and stomach upset particularly on driving and trouble breathing when he came home. The most probable causes for such a problem in a 23 year old boy can be: Cervical sponditilit. Vestibulo-cochlear inflammation. Cerbellar problems. I would advise you the following: To get a clinical evaluation, examination and further tests of MRI of the brain and cervical spine with angiography. Get an appointment for an ENT Surgeon and a Neurologist for further evaluation and management.
