What Causes Stomach Upset, Body Pain And Night Sweats?
hi am not sleeping and having really bad night sweats where i can change at least 3 times in the night. I have an upset tummy and a general acking all over. i work out a lot and have done for a number of years. recently i have a sharp pain under my right arm pit that comes and goes and uper back ack do you think i am just run down?

Other possibilities of night sweats are tuberculosis or lymphomas or chronic fatigue syndrome or severe infections et cetera.
