What Causes Stool To Have Garlic And Ammonia Smell?
Please can you advise my stools have smelt really bad the last couple of days it smells of strong garlic, ammonia smell.
I havent recieved any obvious conditions, little constipated but still passing ok at a push. Do find im weeing alot approx every hour but that is maybe because i drink alot of water during the day.

Garlic and ammonia smell of stool can be because as either you would be eating any byproduct of garlic or any supplement.
And yes you are peeing alot because you are drinking lots of water.
But still if you are worried I will advise you to get fasting blood sugar done.
For constipation
Eat soluble fiber
Avoid cabbage cauliflower onion
